EVENTS ALONG THE TRAIL:
Walker - Can only stand on one leg while using the walker
Wheelchair - Use wheelchair for a portion of the trail
Blindfold- Have helpers to guide them
Crutches- Use crutches for a part of the trail

EVENTS AT THE START/FINISH OF THE TRAIL:
Bingo
Cornhole
Games (dominoes, cards, checkers, etc.)

This 5k is not a traditional 5k. Since it is not primarily a timed event, along the trail there will be activities that would mimic possible disadvantages that an elderly person may have. These are a fun way to bring awareness to the disabilities senior citizens may have.

Park along Immanuel Road near the recreation center and Immanuel Luthern Church

Seniors or people with disabilities can be dropped of at the opening of Bohls Park or can be picked up by a golf cart at their parking spot.
